El Acuerdo ha sido firmado por las orgnizaciones sindicales, UGT, CC.OO y CSI-F
Las partes firmantes han suscrito un Acuerdo que establece una serie de recomendaciones con el objetivo de procurar el mantenimiento de los Convenios, Pactos y Acuerdos, evitando así la desaparición de un buen número de los mismos y las graves consecuencias que ello acarrearía y han mostrado su confianza en que los procesos de negociación continuarán en un clima de díalogo y buen entendimiento.
